Emballator Metal Group is in the middle of a very exciting change process. We currently have a very large market share in northern Europe within our area of expertise; quality-leading packaging in tinplate. Our HQ is based in Ulricehamn, Sweden. This position is located at our office and production site in Lempäälä, Finland.
We are now taking the next step to become even better at helping our customers develop their business. Our unique expertise and well over a hundred years of experience in packaging production and logistics is a solid ground for helping pour customers produce more cost-effectively.
In your role as Key Account Manager at Emballator, you will be responsible for our common business with one of our most important customers. The goal for the role is to help our customer increase their revenue and sales. Hence, we see that we can grow together with the customer.
You have experience from qualified sales work in or to companies with their own production. It is an advantage if your previous employment(s) have been in a process-like industry or in a company where delivery of products must occur at the right time.
To do the job, we are sure that you are passionate about sales and business development. You are curious and enjoy collaboration with different functions in a company. You work strategically without disregarding operational goals. Your long-term perspective never gets in the way of making things happen quickly. We also see that, with your experience, you have and take an obvious and comfortable place at the negotiating table. You understand that our mission is ultimately to help the customer's customer to have as good an experience as possible.
Your analytical skills combined with a genuine and curious interest in your customers business help you in your work today. If you reach the recruitment stage of us taking references, we will hear your references say that customers consider you as a partner and advisor.
A university degree in business administration or from a technical university with a focus on production or industrial economics is a clear advantage. You must be able to understand basic business economics and what affects the results. With that, we find that you are used to working with Excel and planning. You work hinder-less in common software such as MS Office, know what CRM is and feel comfortable meeting customers and colleagues onlineas both participant and moderator. You speak and write fluent Finnish and English. Although not a requirement, it is a plus if you also master Swedish in conversation. Driving license is a requirement, however.
